About the role
Role & responsibilities ERP Management Maintain and support ERP systems. Configure ERP modules as per department requirements. Coordinate with users for issue resolution. Develop custom reports and dashboards. Software Development Develop internal software/web applications. Customize applications according to plant operations. Create automation workflows. Develop mobile-friendly applications. Database Management Maintain ERP databases. Ensure data backup and recovery. Optimize database performance. Generate MIS and analytical reports. Process Automation Digitize manual processes. Develop paperless workflows. Automate approvals and reporting systems. Integrate gate entry, stores,production, and dispatch systems. User Support & Training Train employees on ERP/software usage. Troubleshoot user issues. Create SOPs and user manuals. Integration & Connectivity Integrate ERP with: Weighbridge CCTV systems Biometric attendance Barcode/RFID systems Accounting software Reporting & Analytics Prepare dashboards and management reports. Develop KPI monitoring systems. Analyze operational data. Vendor Coordination Coordinate with ERP/software vendors. Monitor AMC/support services. Manage software upgrades. Preferred candidate profile Microsoft.NET/Azure Certifications/ Oracle Corporation Database Certifications/ SAP ERP Training/ Google AppSheet Certification/ Full Stack Development Certifications/ SQL / Database Certifications, Cloud Certifications preferred
