1.5-8 years of Professional experience in an IT-related field Must be strong technical Systems Analyst with working knowledge of Rest API's, Mongo DB, and Postgres as well as understanding of Data Mapping and creating Data Mapping documents.

2.Bachelor's degree IT related field or additional related equivalent work experience

3.Thorough knowledge of Information Technology fields and computer systems.

4.Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

5.Proficient in requirements gathering methodologies and the SDLC.

6.Understanding of typical architecture standards and ability to apply them in their design work.

7.Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

8.Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performance.

9.Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately.

10.Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

11.High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy.

12.Thorough knowledge and experience of systems, subsystems, development methodologies, systems architecture, tools, and processes that support the assigned business initiative or system.
