Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of modern data platforms and enterprise data strategies across cloud and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, and modern data architectures, complemented by strong solutioning and stakeholder management capabilities. The role will be responsible for defining enterprise-wide data architecture, driving platform modernization initiatives, establishing governance frameworks, and enabling scalable analytics, AI, and business intelligence solutions. Role & Responsibilities Define and drive the enterprise data architecture strategy, standards, and roadmap aligned to business goals.Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing data platforms leveraging Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks.Lead solution design for data modernization, analytics, AI, and business intelligence initiatives.Establish best practices for data governance, security, quality, metadata management, and platform operations.Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership to translate requirements into enterprise-scale solutions.Mentor engineering and architecture teams, conduct architecture reviews, and provide technical leadership across strategic programs. Must-Have Skills 15+ years of experience in Data & Analytics with strong expertise in Enterprise Data Architecture, Solution Architecture, and Data Platform Modernization.Proven experience designing and governing large-scale Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse architectures on Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks.Deep knowledge of Azure Data Services (ADF, Synapse, ADLS, Azure Databricks, Event Hub, Azure SQL) and cloud-native architecture patterns.Strong expertise in Snowflake and Databricks including performance optimization, scalability, security, Delta Lake, Spark, ELT/ETL, and data platform design.Hands-on experience in data modeling, data integration, batch & streaming architectures, API integration, and enterprise-grade data engineering frameworks.Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Security, Privacy, and Compliance frameworks.Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, CI/CD, DevOps, and automation practices.Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, solutioning, and leadership skills with experience engaging senior business and technology leaders. Preferred Candidate Profile Strong enterprise architecture mindset with both strategic and hands-on execution capabilities.Experience leading global teams and large digital transformation programs.Proven track record of delivering cloud-native data platforms at enterprise scale.Ability to balance architecture governance, innovation, cost optimization, and business outcomes.Experience working with C-level stakeholders and driving technology transformation initiatives.
