Based in Wrocław, Poland, you'll lead the development of AI-enhanced capabilities that transform how financial institutions meet their regulatory obligations. You'll thrive in this role if you're strategic, technically curious, and passionate about building enterprise software that makes a real difference in a complex, fast-moving industry. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AxiomSL features — from requirements definition and design through launch and iteration. Act as a product advocate, clearly communicating product vision, value, and roadmap to internal teams and cross-functional partners. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping successful enterprise software products. Hands-on experience building and launching AI-powered features, with a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical application. Familiarity with data management concepts, including data governance, pipelines, and lineage. Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and user-facing value propositions. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related discipline. Experience in financial technology, regulatory compliance, or working with financial institutions. Exposure to global, cross-functional teams and collaborative product development environments.
