Location, Department Unit and Reporting Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad Department: Nasscom AI Reporting To: Director Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility - Drive adoption of the GCC AI Maturity Index & Playbook among GCC stakeholders and member organizations. - Use maturity data and ecosystem insights to identify AI readiness gaps, capability needs, and priority intervention areas. - Plan and manage two high-impact AI capacity-building sessions per quarter for GCC leaders and teams. - Ensure learning programs remain aligned with emerging AI trends, enterprise use cases, responsible AI practices, and GCC priorities. - Facilitate periodic sector-focused roundtables across BFSI, Healthcare, CPG/Retail, and other priority sectors. - Curate discussions that enable peer learning, knowledge sharing, and practical problem-solving across GCCs. - Identify, document, and promote successful AI implementations and transformation stories from GCCs. - Build strong working relationships with GCC leaders, AI practitioners, ecosystem partners, and internal Nasscom teams. - Support content development, speaker coordination, program execution, stakeholder communication, and post-program reporting. - Contribute to strengthening Nasscoms positioning on GCC-led AI transformation. Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience - 58 years of experience in program management, industry engagement, technology consulting, AI/digital transformation, ecosystem development, or corporate innovation. - Strong understanding of AI adoption, enterprise technology, GCC operating models, digital transformation, and sector-specific business priorities. - Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate ecosystem insights into structured programs and narratives. - Solid program management, communication, content development, and stakeholder coordination skills. - Comfort with data, benchmarking, dashboards, reports, and insight-led decision-making. - This role will be on Vendor Consultant Contract Preferred Experience - Prior exposure to GCCs, enterprise AI programs, industry bodies, consulting firms, technology companies, or sector-focused transformation initiatives. - Experience managing leadership roundtables, capability-building programs, benchmarking studies, or thought leadership initiatives. - Familiarity with BFSI, Healthcare, CPG/Retail, Manufacturing, ER&D;, Technology, or other GCC-heavy sectors.
