About the role
Role: Technical Product Owner Location: Hybrid (Gurugram) Duration: 9 months (Contract to Hire) Schedule: 70–80% Remote | 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST Overview: We are looking for a Technical Product Owner with a strong SaaS background to lead Agile delivery within AI/software development teams. This role focuses on backlog ownership, translating business needs into user stories, and driving execution across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Own and prioritize product backlog; define user stories and sprint goals Collaborate with stakeholders to align product vision, roadmap, and KPIs Lead requirements gathering and support solution design Drive Agile practices including sprint planning and backlog refinement Support UAT, release validation, and continuous improvement Requirements: Strong SaaS experience with prior Product Owner role 8+ years overall, 5+ years in AI/software projects Agile/Scrum expertise (CSM preferred) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
