Job Title: Analyst Work Type: Permanent Location: DLF Phase 3, Sector 24 Gurugram YOUR NEW ROLE Champion data-driven decision making in alignment with the EDA data strategy and PB priorities. Build and maintain modern data infrastructure, ensuring scalability and adaptability to emerging technologies. Drive the adoption and integration of Gen AI and advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights and automation opportunities across the business. Ensure the business is continually supported with timely, relevant, and context-rich reporting and analytics. Delivery of 90 day goals to provide business and process improvements. Enable compliance with all statutory reporting requirements WHAT YOU WILL BRING 4+ plus years experience in Data Analytics Operational excellence in data management, business process automation, and risk management. Strong knowledge of databases/warehouses and modern reporting tools (MS SQL, Power BI, DataBricks, Python). Problem solving, process design, and continuous improvement mindset. Effective liaison with project teams, end users, and business stakeholders. Familiarity with technology delivery pipelines and agile ways of working. Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS) for data access and reporting Track record of upskilling teams advanced analytics. Experience with data warehouse infrastructures, data standards, and compliance. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT Tertiary qualifications in a business, analytics, or technology-related field.
