About the role
Location - Technology Centre, Bengaluru Educational Qualification - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Relevant technical certifications preferred. Experience Minimum 6+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. Experience in large-scale identity, authentication, or secure platform development is preferred. Primary Skills: Strong programming skills in Java, Python, React, React Native, Angular, Kubernetes, Kafka, etc. Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and container orchestration. Familiarity with security frameworks and cryptography. Secondary Skills: Agile development experience and DevOps collaboration. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Ability to mentor and guide junior team members. Job Profile Lead end-to-end development and delivery of module components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture and integration issues. Review code and conduct peer programming sessions. Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical challenges. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with UIDAI policies.
