Bachelor s / Master s degree in Computer Science,IT,or a related field Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture Preferred Qualifications . ITIL certification or experience in IT service management frameworks. Enhance system resilience through capacity planning,failover strategies,and chaos testing (preferred).
