Head Delivery Operations (Linear Engineering) Location: Chennai | Reports to: CEO | Experience: 15 18 Years The Role The Head Delivery Operations is the end-to-end owner of our linear engineering arm. You will scale our existing LiDAR and GIS capabilities while building a new, high-performance LLD and Permitting division. Your goal is to grow a 100-member integrated delivery organization that serves the US and European telecom and utility markets. Key Responsibilities Delivery Governance: Own the full project lifecycle for LiDAR surveys, network design, and as-built packs. Establish KPIs for quality, TAT, and cost efficiency. Scale Build: Recruit and lead a 100-member team (LLD Managers, GIS Analysts, OSP Engineers, and Permitting Experts). Operational Excellence: Implement robust QA/QC systems and capacity planning models to handle multi-project environments. Technical Oversight: Supervise GIS-based design, LiDAR data interpretation, and fiber network planning to ensure constructability and regulatory compliance. Client Management: Serve as the primary post-award liaison for US/EU telecom operators; manage scope variations and ensure repeat business. Sector Expansion: Transition delivery capabilities into adjacent sectors (Power, Gas, Water) to diversify the revenue mix. Candidate Profile Background: 15 18 years in telecom/linear engineering services (e.g., Cyient, RMSI, TCE). Technical Depth: Expert knowledge of LiDAR, GIS tools, and OSP design . Leadership: Proven ability to scale delivery teams and manage strict international SLAs. Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, Telecom, or Mechanical Engineering.
