About the role
As an experienced IT Manager Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing the organization's IT infrastructure, virtualization, cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and IT governance functions. Your expertise in enterprise infrastructure management, Nutanix virtualization, Veeam immutable backups, cybersecurity operations, ITGC compliance, VAPT, and data center operations will play a crucial role in ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and operational efficiency across all IT systems and services. Key Responsibilities: - Manage enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and data center operations. - Administer and support Nutanix virtualization infrastructure ensuring high availability and performance. - Manage infrastructure upgrades, capacity planning, system monitoring, and operational excellence. - Oversee enterprise backup operations including Veeam Immutable Backups and LTO8 tape backup management. - Ensure backup validation, restoration testing, and archival compliance. Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: - Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity plans. - Conduct DR drills, backup restoration testing, and failover exercises. - Define and monitor RPO/RTO objectives for critical systems. Network & Security: - Manage LAN/WAN, Firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, wireless networks, and internet connectivity. - Administer and monitor enterprise Firewall security, Trend Micro Antivirus, and SentinelOne server security solutions. - Implement cybersecurity policies, access controls, patch management, and endpoint protection. - Lead VAPT activities, vulnerability remediation, and cybersecurity risk mitigation. IT Governance & Compliance: - Manage ITGC audits, compliance reviews, and IT risk assessments. - Develop and maintain IT Policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks. - Ensure adherence to audit, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements. Vendor & Team Management: - Manage IT vendors, OEMs, and service providers including SLA governance. - Lead and mentor infrastructure and support teams. - Drive automation, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives. - Prepare MIS reports and provide regular management updates. Qualifications Required: - 1215 years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Operations. - Strong expertise in Data Center and Infrastructure Management. - Hands-on experience with Nutanix virtualization. - Experience managing Veeam Immutable Backups and LTO8 backup environments. - Strong knowledge of Firewall management, Trend Micro Antivirus, and SentinelOne server security. - Experience in Disaster Recovery, backup management, and business continuity planning. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, VAPT, patch management, and endpoint security. - Experience handling ITGC audits, IT governance, and compliance activities. - Good exposure to network infrastructure management and vendor governance. - Strong leadership, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Preferred Certifications: - ITIL - CCNA / CCNP - CISSP / CISM / CEH - Nutanix Certifications (Preferred) - Veeam Certifications (Preferred) - VMware / Cloud Certifications (Preferred) If you have experience managing enterprise-scale IT infrastructure and cybersecurity environments, possess a strong operational and strategic mindset, and have worked in manufacturing or corporate IT environments, your profile will be considered favorably.
