About the role
As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of technology products. This includes creating roadmaps, prioritizing features, launching products, and evaluating their performance post-release. Your role will require ensuring strategic alignment, maintaining clear documentation, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. Proactively managing risks and leading cross-functional collaboration will be essential. Additionally, you will mentor team members to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and technological advancements. - Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to delivery with a high-performing engineering team. - Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Provide technical guidance to engineering teams, identify customer pain points, and define performance metrics. - Utilize data-driven insights to enhance product performance and user satisfaction. - Offer regular reporting on product performance, development progress, and market trends. - Mentor and support team members through activities such as hiring, coaching, and fostering agile decision-making. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Proficiency in project management tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with software development processes and technologies. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Extensive experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields with demonstrated leadership abilities.
