Automation Engineer, Compliance Dashboard, AVP

As an Automation Engineer, Compliance Dashboard, based in India, your role is crucial in undertaking and enabling automated testing activities across all delivery models. Your responsibilities include: - Supporting teams in developing quality solutions and ensuring continuous integration for defect-free deployment of customer value - Collaborating with feature teams and stakeholders to design automation test strategies aligned with business goals - Evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products - Designing a suite of stable, reusable automated tests applicable within and across domains and systems - Applying testing and delivery standards while understanding product development lifecycle and compliance requirements To excel in this role, you need: - At least 8 years of experience in automated testing, preferably in an Agile development or CI/CD environment - Proficiency in Playwright, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines - Capability in end-to-end test processes management, risk and issue management, governance, and continuous improvement - Experience in interpreting user and data requirements to design effective test cases - Strong background in designing, developing, and implementing automation frameworks - Expertise in functional and non-functional testing, stakeholder collaboration, and communication - Knowledge of leveraging AI for testing acceleration and leading small teams Additionally, you should have experience in end-to-end and automation testing using recommended enterprise tools, excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to management, and effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
