Role Overview: As a Quality Automation Specialist at the VP level, your main responsibility will be to lead and enable automated testing activities across all delivery models. You will play a crucial role in supporting teams to develop quality solutions and ensure continuous integration for defect-free deployment of customer value. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization, providing you with excellent exposure and a diverse range of work. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the transformation of testing by implementing quality processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance control, accuracy, and integrity - Ensure that consistent and repeatable quality is integrated into all phases of the idea-to-value life cycle to identify defects early on and reduce cost or time to market - Collaborate with colleagues at different levels and across various teams to embed quality as a fundamental aspect of all activities - Develop predictive and intelligent testing approaches leveraging automation and innovative testing solutions - Define and refine manual and automated testing scope, create automated test scripts, user documentation, and artifacts - Base decisions on robust data, return on investment, and value measures to ensure effective cost management - Facilitate the cross-skilling of colleagues in end-to-end automation testing Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 12 years of experience in Non-Functional Testing with expertise in LoadRunner and JMeter, focusing on driving performance strategy and delivery - Familiarity with Playwright and AI-driven QA practices for optimization, predictive analysis, and efficiency improvements - Background in designing, developing, and implementing automation frameworks in new environments - Experience in the Payments domain with a track record of collaboration and leadership across teams - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to management-level colleagues Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.
