You will provide expert analytical service to better understand customers, processes, channels, products, and overall business. Key Responsibilities: - Simplify data into clear visualizations and compelling insights to resolve problems and implement innovative processes - Make clear and actionable recommendations, while identifying potential business issues and opportunities - Collaborate closely with data colleagues, business stakeholders, and wider analytics areas to solve business problems and promote innovative data use - Provide analytical support to bank-wide projects, applying statistical techniques to develop data-led solutions - Perform data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis - Stay updated with the latest technical developments in analytics and ensure adoption of industry best practices Qualifications Required: - Educated to a degree level in a numerate discipline or equivalent practical experience in an analysis-related field - Experience with analytical or database querying software such as SQL, SAS, R, or Python - Track record of delivering analytical service and using statistical techniques to articulate and translate business questions - Good stakeholder management and communication skills - Ability to identify wider business impacts or opportunities across key outputs and processes Role Overview: Join us as a Universal Analyst based in India where you will hone your analytical skills and take on a new challenge with great learning and development potential.
