Roles and Responsibilities : Design, develop, and execute performance testing plans to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes. Analyze test results using tools like Dynatrace, JMeter, Splunk to provide actionable insights for improvement. Develop reports on test findings and recommendations for process improvements. Job Requirements : 6-16 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry. Strong expertise in performance testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Dynatrace, JMeter). Proficiency in analyzing log files, network traffic data, and other relevant metrics. Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
