Process Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities : Design and develop manufacturing processes, equipment layouts, and workflows for electronic components production lines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, optimize productivity, and reduce costs. Create detailed drawings, diagrams, and documentation of manufacturing processes using 2D drafting skills. Troubleshoot issues related to assembly line operations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Job Requirements : 2-6 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering in the Electronics industry. Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks) for designing complex mechanical systems. Strong understanding of assembly line planning, control charts, FMEA analysis, GD&T principles. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
