Senior Software Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities : Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using API automation testing tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create technical training programs for employees. Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge. Develop learning management systems (LMS) to track employee progress and provide personalized learning experiences. Job Requirements : 5-12 years of experience in Software Engineering or related field. Strong understanding of automation testing, APIs, and LMS technologies. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) implementation and customization. Proven ability to analyze training needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
