Welding Supervisor,Engineer,Manger

Roles and Responsibilities : Manage welding operations to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular inspections of welds to identify defects and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) documents for various materials and processes. Supervise junior engineers and technicians in their daily tasks, providing guidance on best practices. Job Requirements : 5-17 years of experience in the oil & gas industry with a focus on welding engineering or related field. Strong knowledge of NDT (Non Destructive Testing) techniques such as PQR (Prequalification Quality Assurance Record). Proficiency in welding inspection methods including visual examination, radiography testing, etc. Experience with developing WPS documents using AWS/CSWIP standards.
