Engineering Manager / Technical Lead Experience: 8–12 Years Position Overview Seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager / Technical Lead with 8–12 years of experience in designing and developing scalable, data-intensive applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, data processing, API development, and application architecture , along with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. Lead architecture, development, and performance optimization initiatives. Build and maintain APIs, data processing solutions, and distributed systems. Optimize SQL Server queries, database performance, and application scalability. Troubleshoot complex issues, perform RCA, and resolve performance bottlenecks. Implement solutions using RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL databases. Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver quality solutions. Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
