The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating compelling visual content for digital platforms, presentations, and branding materials. You will collaborate with content creators, digital marketers, and product teams to translate ideas into visually engaging designs that communicate our brand effectively and support our business goals. Key Responsibilities - Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, infographics, web banners, emailers, and landing pages. - Create visually consistent and brand-aligned presentation decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for internal and client use. - Create visuals for blog posts. - Design whitepapers and digital brochures. - Support the marketing team with graphics for events, trade shows, and digital/ Google ads. - Maintain the companys visual identity and brand guidelines. - Collaborate closely with the content and digital marketing teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. - Prepare and optimize graphics for web, and social media platforms. - Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to IT and technology marketing. - Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - - 34 years of professional design experience, ideally in an IT, technology, or B2B environment. - Proficiency in AI tools, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD), and Figma. - Knowledge of powerpoint - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy. - Good knowledge of design requirements for web and social media. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a keen eye for detail. - Good to Have - Experience in using AI tools to create videos - Understanding of UI/UX principles. - Prior experience designing for ERP, SaaS, or technology-based products. - What We Offer - Opportunity to work on a variety of global technology projects with the marketing and product team - Creative and collaborative work environment. - Exposure to enterprise and e-commerce technology domains.
