About the role
Key Responsibilities Execute and supervise electrical works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, and Plumbing teams for smooth project execution. Review electrical drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, and material submittals. Supervise installation of HT/LT systems, Transformers, DG Sets, Electrical Panels, Cable Trays, Earthing, Lightning Protection, and Lighting Systems. Coordinate installation and commissioning of Fire Alarm, ELV, CCTV, Access Control, PA System, and BMS interfaces. Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality standards. Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and snag rectification. Verify contractor bills, material reconciliation, and work measurements. Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, electrical safety regulations, and statutory requirements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
