About the role
Navi is hiring for the role of Data Analyst! Responsibilities of the Candidate: Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures. Use SQL Query, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other Excel functions to analyze financial and operational data. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and insights. Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions based on data analysis. Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau, Excel or specialized BI tools. Customize dashboards to meet specific departmental or stakeholder requirements. Continuously monitor and update dashboards to reflect the latest data and insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes. Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing workflows and propose enhancements. Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in data management and reporting. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Technology Proven 1-3 years of experience as an Analyst Proficiency in data analysis tools Excel, SQL, and any data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI etc) Basic understanding of data platforms and ETL processes Ability to interpret complex data sets, has good attention to detail Problem Solving skills (Good to have) Prior data wrangling experience in R/Python
