Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the programming team to ensure project objectives are met within agreed timelines and quality standards. - Creating and validating Safety and Efficacy Analysis Datasets in adherence with CDISC and client specific standards. - Developing study-specific or general macros and finalizing programming specifications. - Troubleshooting and resolving programming issues efficiently. - Actively communicating and collaborating with the biostatistics team and senior management to achieve study goals. - Participating in the review and approval of programming procedures and techniques. - Developing and maintaining client relationships through effective project management. Desirable Skills and Experience: - Experience in SAS programming. - Subject matter expertise in SDTM and ADaM datasets. - Strong people management skills.
