Experience in political research, journalism, public affairs, digital media, or campaign content. Excellent research and scriptwriting skills in Hindi, Hinglish, and/or English. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software. Practical experience with AI avatar and voice-generation tools. Understanding of short-form storytelling and audience-retention techniques. Ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines. Strong knowledge of source verification, copyright, and social-media platform policies. Ability to handle politically sensitive subjects responsibly. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with a political campaign, news organization, public-affairs agency, advocacy group, or public representative. Knowledge of motion graphics, thumbnail design, and basic sound design. Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and X content formats. Experience using analytics to improve hooks, duration, editing style, and topic selection. Knowledge of one or more Indian regional languages.
