Our aim is to provide actionable insights and help users take better decisions. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Ruby on Rails Engineer, located in Delhi, India. The Ruby on Rails Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, front-end development, object-oriented programming, and test-driven development. These tasks include but aren't limited to writing, testing, and maintaining the codebase, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Qualifications: Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture Experience with Test Driven Development Skills with Ruby on Rails Fluency in database architecture and design Experience with Agile software development methodologies and Git Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on consistency and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Requirements: 2+ years overall experience on Ruby & Rails B.Tech (Mandatory) Applications from other educational backgrounds will not be considered.
