Job Title: SAP Basis Application Developer Location: Gurugram (Onsite) Experience: Minimum 6+ Years Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days Preferred Education: 15 Years Full-Time Education Required Job Description: We are looking for a skilled SAP Basis Application Developer to join our dynamic team in Gurugram . In this role, you will design, build, and configure SAP applications to support complex business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, take ownership of technical decisions, and drive innovation in application performance and usability. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Basis Administration Lead and collaborate with internal teams to define and deliver solutions Take ownership of team-level decisions and support strategic initiatives Provide resolutions to technical challenges across multiple teams Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team skills Monitor application development progress and ensure timely delivery Troubleshoot system issues and ensure performance optimization Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration Strong expertise in system configuration and performance tuning Experience with database management and optimization techniques Familiarity with application lifecycle management tools Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Good to Have: Experience working in cross-functional project teams Ability to mentor and guide junior developers Exposure to enterprise-scale SAP environments
