Software Product Engineer

As a passionate and energetic Software Engineer at nbyula, you will be training on production level systems to build next-generation web and/or native solutions which are efficacious, highly extensible, and scalable. You will be taking on a full-time terraformer position where you are expected to hit the ground running, absorb functional domain skills, business and market knowledge, and uphold nbyula's core organizational values. Key Responsibilities: - Define architecture considering code deployment, libraries, scalability, and extensibility. - Translate user requirements and use cases into tangible deliverables. - Engage in all development phases from design to implementation, unit testing, and release. - Collaborate in a highly collaborative environment using open source platforms, tools, and third-party services such as GA, Facebook, PayPal. - Utilize data from in-house and third-party services and APIs like GA, Facebook, PayPal, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. - Write clean, maintainable code iteratively and ensure timely delivery of a fully functional product. - Take ownership of deliverables beyond technical expertise depth. Qualifications & Skills: - Completed B.Sc./BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA with specializations in relevant fields. - Hands-on experience in building web/client-server systems using Python, Django/Flask, Nginx, MySQL/MongoDB/Redis/Neo4J over relevant stacks. - Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS. - Strong understanding of client-server architectures, asynchronous request handling, and partial page updates. - Product-oriented thinking with the ability to code for the majority. - Good knowledge of Python, JavaScript, React or equivalent JS framework, and Express. - Exceptional analytical skills and decisiveness towards time-bound deliverables. - Excitement to work in a fast-paced startup environment and solve challenging technology problems. - Ability to script in bash, browser automation scripts like iMacros, Selenium is a plus. - Knowledge of GoLang, TypeScript, and Java is advantageous.
