About the role
You will be part of a dynamic team at NCR Atleos, a global leader in expanding financial access, where you will have the opportunity to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Develop repair processes and product repair procedures to ensure operational efficiency. - Coordinate and implement global repair process, procedures, and best practices in collaboration with repair suppliers. - Develop project plans for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects related to repairing networks globally. - Organize NPI meetings with cross-functional teams and ensure key action plans are in place to meet project objectives. - Drive the team to execute action plans within set timelines and ensure project success on a global scale. - Focus on maintaining process quality performance and supporting Supply Line activities and other cross-functional teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, or equivalent. - Minimum 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, NPI, etc. - Familiarity with Manufacturing Processes, Engineering changes, and Quality systems. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to work well under pressure and willingness to travel.
