About the role
Job Summary: Works with minimal direction on NCR/PS systems and tools, applies professional services and custom development methodologies, and collaborates with internal teams and client counterparts. Acts as a mentor for junior members, leads specific deliverables, and contributes to the development and testing of software in the self-service financial industry, following Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Use NCR/PS systems and tools effectively with minimal guidance Participate in client and internal meetings, issue tracking, and design sessions Lead specific deliverables and mentor junior team members Perform complex development and testing activities Develop expertise in specific products, technologies, or methodologies Expand work product and participate in knowledge-building activities Apply Agile development methodologies and deliver high-quality results
