Software Engineer I

Key Responsibilities Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Manage and improve software systems and infrastructure as per project requirements. Validation & Testing Develop and implement software validation and testing procedures to ensure quality and performance. Perform bug identification and resolution during development and testing phases. Project Management & Collaboration Assist in the development and execution of project plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, quality assurance, and support teams. Work closely with clients and internal departments to provide project updates and technical proposals. Documentation & Communication Oversee the development and maintenance of technical documentation. Communicate project progress, timelines, and challenges effectively to internal stakeholders. Data Analysis & System Optimization Analyze data to coordinate new installations or modifications to existing systems. Monitor system performance and suggest improvements. Apply mathematical and statistical techniques to support data-driven decision-making. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Create innovative software solutions to meet technical and business objectives. Contribute to shaping the future of internal systems and platforms. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Strong foundational knowledge of programming principles and software engineering practices. Exposure to or experience with software testing methodologies and lifecycle management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply mathematical and statistical methods. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
