About the role
As a NIAM Analyst - Level III at NCR Voyix Corporation, you will play a crucial role in the Identity & Access Management function by ensuring secure and compliant workforce and non-workforce identity lifecycle management. Your responsibilities will include operating and enhancing identity lifecycle processes, configuring and supporting OIM 12c connectors, onboarding applications, working with LDAP directories and SSO standards, implementing role-based access controls, handling incidents and changes using ITSM, supporting audit requests, and maintaining documentation and knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Identity Lifecycle (ILM): Operate and enhance joiner/mover/leaver processes, access provisioning, de-provisioning, and account clean-up. - Provisioning & Reconciliation: Configure and support OIM 12c connectors, scheduling, and troubleshooting end-to-end flows. - Application Onboarding: Collect app requirements, map entitlements to roles, configure integrations, and test provisioning. - Directory & SSO Touchpoints: Work with LDAP directories, SSO standards, and federation partners. - Policies & Governance: Implement role-based access controls, approval workflows, and attestations. - Operational Excellence: Handle incidents, requests, problems, and changes using ITSM. - Security & Compliance: Support audit requests, access reconciliations, and remediation aligned with compliance frameworks. - Documentation & Knowledge: Maintain solution designs, runbooks, and contribute to training. - Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various teams to deliver consistent outcomes. As a Level III NIAM Analyst, you will be expected to: - Serve as OIM 12c Subject Matter Expert. - Lead complex integrations and drive role engineering. - Implement advanced reconciliation patterns and exception handling. - Own application onboarding for critical systems. - Automate platform operations and establish observability. - Steer audit and compliance readiness. - Mentor Level II analysts and lead major incidents. Qualifications: - 46+ years in IAM with 2+ years on OIM 12c. - Strong Java skills for customizations. - Expertise in RBAC/ABAC, reconciliation, and connector framework. - Proficiency with REST/SOAP, SQL/PL SQL, and audit/compliance frameworks. - Experience with cloud identity integration and stakeholder management. Technical Environment: - Core: Oracle Identity Governance (OIG/OIM) 12c+ - Directories: Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), Active Directory - Connectors: Out-of-the-box, custom Java connectors - Integration: REST/SOAP, SCIM, HRIS - Tooling: ServiceNow, Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD, Splunk/Elastic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Provisioning SLA compliance - Reconciliation health - Incident metrics - Access hygiene - Audit readiness - Automation & Quality - Customer Satisfaction Education & Certifications: - Bachelors in computer science or related field. - Preferred certifications in Oracle Identity Governance, ITIL, and security. Soft Skills: - Analytical problem-solving and structured troubleshooting. - Business partnering and influencing skills. - Ownership in fast-paced environments.
