About the role
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Workforce Analytics Associate/Sr Associate to transform complex people data into actionable business insights. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of scalable Power BI dashboards and HR metrics. You will partner closely with HR leadership, Talent Acquisition, and business operations to optimize decision-making across headcount planning, employee turnover, talent acquisition, and performance management. Key Responsibilities 1. Power BI & Dashboard Development Design, build, and deploy production-ready interactive Power BI dashboards and reporting tools for HR leaders and executive stakeholders. Write robust DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) queries and calculated measures to build agile, complex workforce indicators. Perform data modeling, schema design, and optimized ETL processes using Power Query (M Language). Ensure data security and governance by implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI based on organizational permissions. 2. Advanced People Metrics & Analytics Track, analyze, and report on core and advanced HR KPIs, including: Talent Acquisition: Time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, source efficiency. Workforce Dynamics: Headcount growth, voluntary/involuntary attrition, retention rates, internal mobility. Productivity & Engagement: Employee tenure patterns, performance distribution, exit interview sentiment. Perform root-cause analysis on workforce trends to deliver diagnostic and predictive insights rather than simple descriptive reports. Prepare monthly and quarterly executive review decks with narrative-driven data stories. 3. Data Management & Integration Clean, structure, and combine data from multiple disparate sources, including HRIS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR), Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever), and spreadsheets. Audit and maintain data integrity across HR platforms, working with IT/HR Ops to correct inconsiste .
