App Dev Engineer II- Varicent ICM

Key Deliverables Configure and maintain the Varicent ICM software application to support sales incentive compensation management (SPM) business processes. Design, implement, and update the Varicent model based on changes in compensation plans and ensure accurate payout calculations. Build and deliver reports related to incentive compensation business metrics. Assist with monthly payout processing, ensuring all aspects of incentive compensation technology are effectively managed. Role Responsibilities Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Sales Operations teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of compensation rules. Conduct audits and validation of incentive compensation plans and rules to ensure correctness in payout calculations. Lead virtual project teams and support the software development lifecycle (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall). Provide technical expertise, create solution concepts, and visualize proposed solutions for better understanding.
