Key Deliverables • Automate regression test suites using Selenium, JMeter, C#, Java, SQL. • Provide technical support during software installation and configuration, ensuring product meets specifications. • Review and improve software usability, functionality, and compliance with standards. • Design and execute manual and automated test plans in Agile environment. Role Responsibilities • Participate in product design reviews and provide input on functional requirements. • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to test environments. • Communicate with customer support and provide feedback on software issues. • Contribute to quality assurance processes by identifying and suggesting program modifications.
