About the role
- Design and develop LV/MV switchgear panels 2. Perform type testing, routine testing, and validation as per IEC / IS standards 3. Conduct fault analysis, thermal studies, and protection coordination 4. Work closely with production, QA, and procurement teams 5. Support product certification and regulatory compliance 6. Lead product improvements and cost optimization initiatives 7. Mentor junior engineers and support technical decision-making 8. Design LV/MV switchgear panels and enclosures 10. Prepare GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOM 11. Perform thermal, structural, and short-circuit analysis 12. Ensure IEC/IS compliance and support testing & optimization
