About the role
We're Hiring: SMT Process Engineer & SMT Supervisor Location: Greater Noida Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 2–6 years (flexible for exceptional candidates) SMT Process Engineer Responsibilities: Handle SMT process operations including Loader, Printer, Pick & Place, AOI, and Reflow. Lead process optimization, quality improvements, and troubleshooting activities. Work on line efficiency, defect analysis, and corrective actions. Requirements: Hands-on experience in SMT manufacturing processes and to upgrade it. Strong knowledge of SMT rework,process control and deal with process abnormities. Ability to analyze production data and suggest improvements and decrease rejection rate. Ability to evaluate new component and new process. SMT Supervisor Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the SMT production line. Ensure smooth functioning of Loader, Printer, Pick & Place, AOI, and Reflow machines. Supervise manpower allocation and monitor production output. Maintain quality standards and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Requirements: Make and analyze production data and suggest improvements Prior experience in SMT line supervision. Good leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and knowledge of SMT processes. Cycle time calculation and manpower allocation study.
