Must have skills : Oracle SCM Transportation Management Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: A Senior OTM Consultant will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience working with OTM Cloud, SQL, and must be well-versed with Agile & DevOps practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead or participate in full lifecycle OTM Implementation projects. - Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions. - Configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules. - Perform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systems. - Conduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issues. - Support OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities (if applicable). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile / DevOps environment. - Create documentation, functional specs, and process flows for implementations. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - 15+ Years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). - Strong hands-on experience with OTM Cloud exposure to both functional and technical areas. - Proficiency in SQL and OTM-related data structures. - Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, version control, build and release processes. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. - Experience with OTM on-premises to cloud migration. - Excellent communication and client interaction skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management. - This position is open across multiple Accenture locations. - 15 years full time education is required. - Good to have: OTM certifications is a big plus .
