Job Title: Cisco ISE Engineer Location: Mumbai (Goregaon Work From Office) Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cisco ISE Engineer to support and manage enterprise NAC (Network Access Control) environments for Kotak Life Insurance. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Cisco ISE 3.x , authentication troubleshooting, posture assessment, endpoint profiling, and production support operations. The role involves close coordination with network, security, wireless, and endpoint teams to ensure secure and seamless user authentication across wired and wireless environments. Key Responsibilities Cisco ISE Administration & Support Provide day-to-day operational support for Cisco ISE 3.x infrastructure Monitor and maintain Cisco ISE services and authentication workflows Handle production incidents and ensure minimal downtime Authentication & NAC Troubleshooting Troubleshoot wired and wireless 802.1X authentication issues Analyze and resolve: Authentication failures Authorization issues Endpoint connectivity problems Work on EAP methods including: PEAP EAP-TLS Policy Management Configure and modify: Authentication policies Authorization policies Posture policies Support endpoint profiling and posture assessment activities Cisco AnyConnect & Posture Manage and troubleshoot Cisco AnyConnect posture module issues Ensure compliance and posture validation for enterprise endpoints Log Analysis & Incident Resolution Perform analysis of: Live Logs RADIUS Logs Debug logs Coordinate with Cisco TAC when required Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Collaboration & Integration Work closely with: Network teams Security teams Endpoint teams Support integration with: Active Directory (AD) Cisco WLC Access Points Required Skills Core Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ISE 3.x Good understanding of Cisco ISE architecture: PAN MnT PSN Expertise in: 802.1X RADIUS TACACS+ EAP protocols Security & Access Control Experience with: Cisco AnyConnect Posture Endpoint Profiling Posture Policies Strong troubleshooting skills for authentication and authorization issues Networking Knowledge Good understanding of: VLANs DHCP DNS Switching Wireless networking Integration Skills Experience integrating Cisco ISE with: Active Directory Cisco WLC Wireless infrastructure Educational Qualification BE / B.Tech BSc IT MCA MSc (Computer Science / IT) M.Tech or equivalent Preferred Skills Experience handling enterprise production environments Exposure to Cisco TAC case handling Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment Key Competencies Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Incident handling and RCA capabilities Team collaboration and coordination Customer-focused approach Ability to work independently in production support environments Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
