Sdet Api Automation & Ai/agentic Testing Hyderabad (India)

Working Model: Hybrid (up to 3 days/week from client office) Locations: Hyderabad | Bengaluru | Chennai Shift Timings: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST JD SDET API Automation, AI/Agentic Driven Testing - 7 to 9 Years Experience Skill Qualification: Strong hands-on experience in designing and building API automation frameworks (mandatory) using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, Pytest, or similar. Strong Python scripting skills (mandatory) for test automation, data validation, and framework development. Working knowledge of AI/GenAI in Quality Engineering (mandatory), including test case generation, defect analysis, and productivity accelerators. Experience in using, configuring, and modifying AI agents for QE use cases such as autonomous test creation, execution support, analysis etc. Strong understanding of the defect lifecycle, including defect logging, triaging, root cause analysis, closure validation, along with backend analysis and issue investigation. Robust familiarity with GitHub ecosystem, including repositories, Actions, workflows, and GitHub Copilot (GHCP) scripting for QE productivity and automation acceleration. Experience in backend testing for APIs, microservices, integrations, and distributed systems. Positive understanding of test framework design, reusable libraries, mocking, stubs, and service virtualization. Preferable domain knowledge in Telecom BSS/OSS such as order management, billing, provisioning, or CRM systems. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Agile delivery practices. Solid communication and stakeholder collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, architects, and client teams.
