Experience: 10 to 15 Years. Location: Pune Job Description : Assist in the creation and preparation of construction drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules) for various project types using revit architecture Collaborate with team member Structure/ architects to produce drawing sets for tender and construction phases. Ensure that construction drawings are in compliance with building codes, industry standards, and client requirements. Assist in preparing material takeoffs and drawing annotations for construction documentation. Prepare 3D models and renderings to support design discussions and presentations in Revit Work with project teams to integrate structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) , and other technical systems into the construction drawings. Ensure coordination of drawings across different disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP) to prevent errors and conflicts. Manage and maintain organized digital files for project drawings and documentation. Stay updated on building codes, construction standards, and best practices in the architecture industry. conduct meetings and contribute to the development and refinement of design concepts.
