Senior Vice President - Engineering

Drive the architecture and implementation of scalable full-stack solutions with a focus on platform security, performance, and reliability. Builds and nurtures high-performing engineering teams while promoting agile methodologies and leading modernization efforts, including cloud migration and DevOps enablement. Partners with product and business leaders to align technical strategies with overarching business objectives. Brings strong hands-on development proficiency across diverse technology stacks and deep expertise in system architecture and design. Key Responsibilities Define and evolve the companys technical architecture, platform strategy, and long-term engineering roadmap. Oversee design and implementation of high-performance full-stack architectures. Drive innovation through deep technical analysis and integration of emerging technologies and pattern Collaborate with product & digital team and business stakeholders for requirement gathering, prioritization and delivery planning Build, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering teams Own critical technology choices including frameworks, infrastructure, and languages in collaboration with senior architects. Drive end-to-end software delivery, enforce rigorous code standards, and optimize agile development practices. Must have prior hands-on hardcore development experience across multiple tech stacks & strong understanding of System Design. Lead initiatives in platform modernization, cloud migration, and DevOps transformation. Maintain robust platform security while optimizing for high performance and system reliability Technology Stack Frontend: React, Angular, TypeScript Backend: .NET, Node.js, Python Databases: Relational Databases (RDBMS), MongoDB, MySQL, Redis Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins Tools & Collaboration: GitHub, Jira, Confluence Desired candidate profile A strategic technology leader with 12+ years of progressive experience in engineering leadership roles, including scaling high-performing teams in dynamic, high-growth environments. Proven ability to architect and drive technology strategy that aligns with broader business objectives, balancing speed, scalability, security, and innovation. Deep expertise in modern software engineering practices, including cloud-native architectures, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, platform resilience, and secure development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Demonstrated success in delivering complex, high-impact products to market at scale, with a sharp focus on customer experience, product-market fit, and iteration speed.
