About the role
Role Overview: As a Product Management Intern at Neojn in Faridabad, you will support the product team in defining, refining, and prioritizing product features for software applications. This in-office internship role involves assisting with market and user research, gathering and organizing requirements, and helping translate business needs into clear product specifications. You will work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to track progress, document updates, and ensure alignment with product goals. Day-to-day activities may include preparing reports, analyzing user feedback, participating in meetings, and contributing to product roadmaps and strategy discussions. This internship role is designed to provide practical experience in end-to-end product management within a fast-paced software environment. Qualifications Required: - Strong foundation in Product Management and Product Strategy, with an interest in the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch. - Well-developed Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to interpret data, understand user needs, and identify opportunities. - Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field. - Comfort with technology and software products; familiarity with agile or iterative development practices is an advantage. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, on-site environment. - Prior internship or project experience related to product, business analysis, or technology is a plus.
