Intern Architect

As an Architect Intern at Pillar Story, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design and execution teams in various architectural activities. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting in preparing architectural plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings. - Supporting conceptual design development and space planning activities. - Preparing and modifying drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software. - Developing 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials for client reviews. - Participating in site visits, site measurements, and project inspections. - Assisting in preparing project documentation, material schedules, and BOQs. - Coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams. - Supporting interior layout planning and material selection activities. - Reviewing drawings and ensuring accuracy as per project requirements. - Monitoring site progress and reporting observations to senior architects. - Maintaining project records, design files, and documentation. - Learning construction techniques, execution processes, and industry best practices. Qualifications: - Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch). - Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar architectural software. - Basic understanding of architectural drawings and construction processes. - Strong design sense and attention to detail. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Willingness to learn and work in both office and site environments. - Basic knowledge of building materials and interior design concepts is preferred.
