About the role
As a Senior Frontend Engineer at NeoScript, you will be responsible for architecting high-fidelity, performance-first frontend systems for enterprise SaaS products. Your role will involve owning the component library, collaborating with product and design teams, and ensuring pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces at scale. Additionally, you will develop reusable UI components, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and participate in code reviews to enhance overall code quality. Key Responsibilities: - Architect high-fidelity, performance-first frontend systems for enterprise SaaS products. - Own the component library and drive design-system adoption. - Collaborate directly with product and design teams to ship pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces at scale. - Develop and maintain reusable UI components and front-end features. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness. - Participate in code reviews and improve overall code quality. Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in React and Next.js. - Experience with modern frontend build tools and workflows. - Excellent understanding of CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less. - Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
