About the role
Seeking a CRM / ERP Implementation Consultant with experience in enterprise application implementation, workflow mapping, system configuration, integrations, and client delivery. The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring CRM/ERP platforms, managing implementation activities, and ensuring successful user adoption and rollout. - Gather business requirements and map workflows for CRM and ERP implementation projects. - Configure enterprise applications and customize workflows based on business needs. - Coordinate implementation activities including planning, testing, deployment, and rollout support. - Support integrations between CRM/ERP systems and third-party applications or business tools. - Conduct user training sessions, onboarding, and adoption support for client teams. - Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution. - Prepare documentation including process flows, functional specifications, and implementation guides. - Monitor project timelines, resolve implementation issues, and support post-deployment activities. - Ensure solutions align with business objectives, operational processes, and compliance requirements. - Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Odoo, SAP, or similar platforms. - Understanding of business process automation and enterprise workflow optimization. - Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data migration processes. - Robust client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience supporting testing, rollout, and post-implementation support activities. - Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
