NodeJs Developer - RCM

Role Overview You are a developer with specialized knowledge in the Sencha Ext JS framework, responsible for maintaining and enhancing intricate, data-intensive user interfaces. In addition to frontend expertise, this role demands strong backend skills in Node.js and the capability to handle hybrid databases (SQL & NoSQL). Your primary task is to oversee our legacy and enterprise UI components, ensuring optimal performance while integrating with modern backend services. Key Responsibilities - Ext JS Development: Design, create, and manage high-performance enterprise grids, charts, and UI components using Sencha Ext JS. - Backend Development: Construct secure, scalable RESTful APIs and microservices utilizing Node.js and Express.js. - Database Management (Hybrid): - Craft complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and oversee schema designs in MySQL/PostgreSQL. - Manage document-based data and aggregations in MongoDB. - Scripting & Logic: Utilize Python for backend data processing, reporting scripts, or integration tasks. - Modernization Strategy: Collaborate with the team to recognize areas where React components can be gradually integrated into the Ext JS architecture. - Engineering Excellence: Conduct code reviews, uphold TypeScript standards, and ensure 80%+ unit test coverage. Required Qualifications (Must Haves) - Experience: Possess 5 to 7+ years of full-stack software development experience. - Frontend Core: Exhibit expert-level proficiency in Sencha Ext JS (Classic & Up-to-date toolkits), with a profound understanding of the component lifecycle, stores, and proxies. - Backend Core: Showcase robust commercial experience with Node.js, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience. - Database Skills: - Demonstrate solid proficiency in SQL (MySQL or PostgreSQL) proficient in writing complex joins and optimizing queries. - Hands-on experience with MongoDB. - Fundamentals: Deep comprehension of JavaScript (ES5/ES6), DOM manipulation, and JSON data handling. Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) - React.js: Knowledge of React.js is beneficial for future migration projects. - Python: Possess basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for scripting or backend logic. - Build Tools: Experience with Sencha Cmd, Webpack, or similar build tools.
