Job Title Product Owner - Warehouse Management Systems Location Bangalore Pune Hyderabad Remote Hybrid Experience 8 yearsRole Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst Product Owner with strong experience in Warehouse Management Systems WMS The ideal candidate will have successfully led at least two end-to-end WMS implementation projects and will play a key role in driving requirements solution design and stakeholder alignment Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to define prioritize and deliver WMS solutions Lead requirement gathering sessions process mapping and documentation for warehouse operations Partner with business and IT teams to design scalable and effective WMS solutions Define and maintain the product backlog ensure stories are well-groomed and prioritized Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements Support UAT training and change management activities for WMS rollouts Monitor KPIs and continuously drive improvements in warehouse operations through system enhancements Required Skills Experience8 years of overall experience with strong focus on Warehouse Management Systems WMS Hands-on experience in at least 2 end-to-end WMS project implementations design build and rollout Strong understanding of warehouse processes - inbound outbound inventory management and logistics Proven ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and translate requirements into system capabilities Experience working in Agile environments as a Business Analyst or Product Owner Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work in a global delivery model with overlapping hours to collaborate with US-based teams Good to HaveExperience with supply chain domain and integration with ERP TMS systems Exposure to sister domains such as Transportation Management Systems TMS Order Management Systems OMS ERP Supply Chain modules Inventory Management and Logistics Execution Certification in Agile Scrum CSPO CSM or equivalent .
