Strategic Responsibilities Support the development of the organizational Data Strategy and data management in line with strategic business objectives Assist the DQ Lead in developing and overseeing the data governance framework, standards, policies, and processes. Help develop the Data Governance Office as a center of excellence committed to a data-driven decision-making culture, collaborating with external partners, and offering end-to-end data services across the business. Monitor and analyze strategic, technological, and regulatory trends both within the organization and at a global scale. Promote positive data quality practices and treat data as a strategic asset. Core Responsibilities Support the production of information on data performance and quality standards. Gather and prepare data for management and reporting of SLA/KPIs, including monitoring data quality dashboards, SLA breaches, and demonstrating improvement. Assist the DQ Lead in managing/resolving data quality issues and advising business areas. Advise stakeholders on targets and standards for data entry and data collection activities. Develop DQ measurement, reporting, and control capabilities. Develop and maintain data quality rules in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ). Develop and maintain data profiling tools/methodologies. Maintain data definitions, standards, lineage, and data quality artifacts within the data catalog. Manage ongoing development of organizational reference data. Provide subject matter expertise on system/process developments affecting data quality.
