Hybrid work for Lviv region candidates, remote for other Ukrainian locations

With you we will:

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues

Deliver corporate software support and troubleshoot user issues

Resolve technical problems with network infrastructure and related systems

Prepare technical documentation and user instructions according to standards

Install and configure computer systems and peripherals

Ensure proper setup of workstations, including new equipment and upgrades

Support meeting equipment setup and maintain asset inventory

Conduct IT inductions and assist in trainings

Perform standard software installation in accordance with Nestle standards

Key requirements:

University graduate, preferably in IT or related field

Experienced in Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 11, Windows Server 2016)

Familiar with Service Desk Systems, LAN/WAN, phone, and printing equipment

Skilled in resolving hardware/software technical issues

Comfortable with general IT administration tasks

A strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset

Capable of working under pressure and learning quickly

English speaker at intermediate level (written and spoken)
